Lunches ready

Two lunch boxes and 2 snacks ready for the day.I always include at least 5 different veggies in the salad and a variety of colours.It looks appealing and includes different nutrients. Also a good quality protein, one has tuna and the other has chicken.

My glass of green powder and minerals and my supplements for today.

I have included two snacks, an apple and almonds for morning tea and a carrot and almonds for afternoon tea.

Plenty of water too.
